 Hunters
from all over North America flock to Saskatchewan to
partake in the hunting adventure of their lives. The
unspoiled forests, great plains and abundance of clear
deep water creates an environment with all that nature
has to offer. Saskatchewan is also located along
one of North America's major waterfowl migration
routes. As a result, this provides exceptional hunting for Ducks
and Geese in addition to great game hunting and
fishing.
 All
hunters in Saskatchewan are required to have a
Saskatchewan Wildlife Habitat Certificate, as well as
the appropriate licenses and/or permits needed for
waterfowl, upland game birds and big game. License
fees are broken down into three categories determined
by provincial, Canadian or foreign residency. At
Wild Rose Elk Ranch we include Elk License with every
Elk
hunt.
We are currently offering
Elk &
Bison
Hunts, in Archery, Black Powder and Rifle. You
may choose from our selective herd of Elk for your
next hunt, whether you are looking for a new hunting
experience with one of our hunt bulls, or one of our
prized individuals for a Trophy Hunt. We have
Elk bulls ranging from 280" - 456"+ class animals,
thanks to over 18 years of selective breeding.
We have a limited number of Bison hunts available each
year.
 Predator
Hunts are available with all of our hunt bookings free
of charge. You may find a selection of Coyote,
Gopher and a limited number of other predators. Upland Bird
and Waterfowl Hunts are available as well while
visiting the ranch. We have some of the best
migratory flyways very close to the ranch. You
will be shown to the very select locations for a
successful hunt experience. Owner Arnold Elliott
has over 30 years experience in this field of hunting
in the area for bird hunting.

After seeing the huge elk my husband got last
year, I was convinced I could shoot one too.
This was my very first animal that I have ever
